General Terms
These General Terms set out how play works at Vancouver Casino. By opening an account or placing a bet, you accept them.
A. Agreeing to these terms
1.1 These terms form the contract between you and Vancouver Casino each time you use our site, your account or our games.
1.2 If you do not accept these terms, do not sign up or play.
1.3 Our Bonus Policy, Privacy Notice, About Cookies, Play Responsibly, Verification and AML and Underage Gambling Policy pages also form part of this agreement.
B. Governing law
2.1 Canadian law, including the law of British Columbia, applies to these terms and to any dispute about them.
2.2 Only play with us where local law permits it. Each account must comply with Canadian rules on age verification, identity checks and anti-money laundering.
C. Games and results
3.1 Rules, paytables and payout details sit in the help screen inside every game. Read them before you play.
3.2 RNG games draw every result from a random number generator. Every spin, hand and roll stands alone.
3.3 Live games stream in real time with real dealers. The result recorded by the studio is final.
3.4 Any malfunction makes all plays and payouts on the affected round void. Your stakes on that round are returned to your balance.
3.5 Where a display or system error credits a win the game never actually produced, we adjust your balance.
D. Deposits and withdrawals
4.1 All balances, bets and payouts are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
4.2 Deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or MuchBetter. Minimum deposit: C$10.
4.3 Withdrawal methods: Interac e-Transfer, MuchBetter or Bank Wire / Transfer. Minimum withdrawal: C$10. Maximum withdrawal: C$30 000 per month.
4.4 Withdrawals made with most methods are paid within a window of one hour up to four hours. Bank Wire / Transfer can need up to 12 hours.
4.5 Vancouver Casino does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. Any charge from your card issuer or wallet provider is between you and that provider.
4.6 Use only payment methods you own. We refuse third party payments.
4.7 We must verify your identity and location before you deposit for the first time. Full details are on our Verification and AML page.
E. Prohibited conduct
5.1 Players may not:
- run bots, scripts or automated play of any kind;
- collude or chip dump with other players;
- play on someone else's account or with someone else's card or wallet;
- commit fraud or launder money;
- exploit faults or errors in any game;
- abuse bonuses as set out in our Bonus Policy.
5.2 Where we detect this activity, we may void bets, withhold winnings and shut the account. We report it to the authorities when the law requires.
F. Intellectual property
6.1 The Vancouver Casino name and logo, and all site design, text and graphics, are owned by us or our game suppliers.
6.2 Copying, scraping or reusing any of this content requires our written permission.
G. Limits of our liability
7.1 Games are provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for losses caused by outages, internet faults, device problems or events outside our control.
7.2 We do not cover indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity.
7.3 For any claim, our maximum payout is capped at the stakes and winnings recorded on your account for that play.
7.4 Any limit or exclusion that the law forbids does not apply.
H. Your account
8.1 One person, one account. We close duplicates and can void bets and winnings on them.
8.2 Your registration details must be accurate. Keep them updated whenever anything changes.
8.3 Keep your login to yourself and never share it. Think someone else has used it? Email us right away.
I. Complaints
9.1 Send an email to [email protected] with your username, the game, the date and a short description of the issue.
9.2 Every complaint is investigated and answered by email. If our response doesn't settle it, you can ask for a senior staff member to take it over.
J. Changes to these terms
10.1 We can amend these terms, for example after a change in law or when we add games or payment methods.
10.2 Updated versions are posted here. For major changes, we will also send you an email or show a notice when you next log in. Keep playing and the updated version applies.
K. Bonuses
11.1 Every promotion follows our Bonus Policy. If that page and these terms differ on an offer, the Bonus Policy wins.
L. Who can play
12.1 Players must be 19+.
12.2 You must be located in Canada, somewhere local law allows online casino gambling.
12.3 Self-excluded players cannot play. Accounts belonging to anyone under 19 are closed. Full details are in our Underage Gambling Policy.
