Bonus Policy
This page sets out how bonuses, free spins and cashback work at Vancouver Casino. Read it with the offer details before you opt in.
A. General rules
1.1 This policy covers every promotion we run, including the welcome offer, free spins and Vancouver Rewards perks.
1.2 Bonus funds are not cash. They become withdrawable only once the playthrough is complete.
1.3 Each promotion lists its own details. If those details and this policy differ, the offer details apply to that promotion.
1.4 Our General Terms apply to all bonus play.
B. Current welcome offer
2.1 Up to C$1,000 back on your first 24 hours. Finish your first 24 hours with a net loss and we return that amount as bonus funds, capped at C$1,000.
- Minimum deposit: C$10.
- Only net losses made in the first 24 hours are counted.
- Paid as bonus funds with 1x playthrough.
- Bonus funds expire after 7 days.
- How each game type contributes: live games 0%, RNG tables 10%, video poker 50%, slots 100%.
2.2 No deposit spins. Sign up to receive 50 free spins. Any spin winnings need 5x wagering. Max cashout: C$100.
C. Bonus abuse and voiding
3.1 Bonus abuse covers:
- creating additional accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
- sharing a payment method to claim more than once;
- betting both sides of an outcome to clear playthrough at low risk;
- colluding with other players;
- exploiting faults in any game.
3.2 Where abuse is found, we can void the bonus and all related winnings, bar you from future offers and close the account.
D. Maximum conversion
4.1 Free spin winnings convert to cash up to C$100 once the 5x wagering is done. We remove anything above C$100.
4.2 The most you can receive from the welcome cashback is C$1,000 in bonus funds.
E. Wagering and game types
5.1 Playthrough tells you how many times you must stake a bonus amount before it turns into withdrawable cash.
5.2 Welcome cashback: 1x. Free spin winnings: 5x.
5.3 Each game type counts toward playthrough at a different rate:
- Slots: 100%
- Video poker counts 50%
- RNG tables: 10%
- Live casino games: 0%
F. Eligibility
6.1 To qualify, you must be 19+, verified, in Canada where play is legal locally, and hold a single account in your own name.
6.2 Every offer may be claimed only once per person and once per payment method.
6.3 Ontario does not permit incentives to be advertised publicly, so offers appear only once you register or log in. In Alberta we do not promote bonuses publicly.
6.4 Self-excluded players and players on a cooling-off break cannot claim offers.
G. Top stake with bonus money in play
7.1 Where a promotion caps the stake on each spin or hand, the limit appears in its offer details, so you see it before opting in.
7.2 Bets above that figure can be voided, together with any winnings they produce.
H. Expiry
8.1 Welcome bonus funds expire after 7 days.
8.2 Other offers expire on the date listed in their details.
8.3 When a bonus expires, the remaining bonus balance and its playthrough progress are cleared.
I. Opting in
9.1 We only add bonuses when you ask. Log in and opt in through the cashier or the promotions area.
9.2 All offers are optional. Email us to cancel an active bonus. Cancelling deletes the bonus balance plus any winnings made with it.
J. One bonus running at once
10.1 Your account can hold just one active bonus at a time.
10.2 A new offer becomes available once your active bonus is finished, has expired or has been cancelled.
K. Changes
11.1 Any promotion may be changed or withdrawn by us. What you already earned on an offer you accepted earlier stays intact, unless abuse or a legal requirement is involved.
